About This Lesson
No Gi is the term used when training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu without the Gi, also referred to as Submission Wrestling.
In this class we teach a number of takedowns and throws from Wrestling and Judo along with a number of other grappling arts.
No Gi is a grappling class that utilises a variety of submission using joint locks, chokes and strangles and is becoming extremely popular with the increase in the exciting format of sub only competitions as participants are often allowed to use a different rule set to that which is implemented in the Gi.
