About Bev Coker

Bev is the newest member to the UTC fitness team after training with us as a member for over 5 1/2 years training under head Fitness Trainer and Martial Arts Coach Scot Tudhope, learning the training concepts that Scot has used for over 20 years in the fitness and martial arts industry.

Bev currently runs the KettleBell class on Tuesday evening after recently completing her Level 3 KettleBell Coach qualification and is currently working towards gaining her Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.

Along with the KettleBell class Bev also runs the Circuit Training session on Thursday evenings and has built the class up with her own members after taking over from head coach Scot.
